Pinto Bean, Banana and Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 4 tbsp canned pinto beans; drained
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
