¾ cup (190 ml) quick oats
1 19oz (540ml) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup (250 ml) smooth natural peanut butter
⅓ cup (80 ml) honey
¼ cup (60 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
½ cup (125 ml) peanuts, crushed
